These are the policies we have adapted for this season 2022. In any case we advise you to buy the insurance, provided by us during the booking procedure.
What are the cancellation policies?
These are the normal conditions to cancel your stay. This year there is an exeption (*).Cancellation:
- Up to 30 days before the arrival it will be refunded the deposit.
- From 30 to 15 days before the arrival it will keep the deposit.
- In case of cancellation 15 days before the arrival it must be paid the balance of the stay.
(*)Can I cancel my booking whether there is an immediate closure of my border that is imposed by my or your government?
If there should be official restrictions by Italian government that closes the border for all the foreign people that want to travel to Italy or vice versa by your government, in this case you can have back your deposit also into the 30 days to your arrival. There is also the possibility to keep the money for another stay.
